4. Do Not Switch Sides Yet: This is critical. Complete filling and capping the first side on all units in the batch before moving on.
5. Fill Side Two: Only after all first sides are done, repeat the process for the second tank side. Cap each immediately after filling.

Important Note: The only exception to step 4 is if you are filling both sides with the identical strain. If you are using two different strains, you must finish all units on one side first to avoid accidental cross-contamination during the filling process.
